Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas, or equivalent professional experience.
5-8 years of experience in logistical operations, warehouse and inventory management, including at least 2-3 years in leadership positions.
Experience leading large teams and multi-center operations, preferably in industrial or distribution environments.
Solid capacity for financial analysis, budget management, and operational cost control.
Experience in defining and monitoring management, productivity, stock, and service level indicators.
Advanced knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and valuable experience with Business Intelligence tools.
B2 English level or higher, for communication with international teams.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally, especially during campaign periods.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in the food sector, consumer goods, or high-turnover environments.

The role

We are looking for a Warehouse & Stock Manager specialized in logistics to manage warehouse operations and inventory control in the FMCG sector. This permanent position offers an opportunity to supervise and optimize key processes within the supply chain.

You will lead the logistical operations of a leading company.
You will drive strategic optimization and continuous improvement projects.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate warehouse operations and stock management across the company's different logistics centers, including its international activity.
Manage a structure of approximately 200 professionals, with a team of 10 direct reports.
Guarantee the efficiency of receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes for both raw materials and finished products.
Supervise inventory planning and control, ensuring stock accuracy and the optimization of storage levels.
Define, analyze, and monitor operational and financial KPIs related to productivity, service levels, inventory, costs, and efficiency.
Prepare and manage the annual budget for the area, analyzing deviations and developing cost optimization actions.
Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and optimization projects for logistical processes, including WMS/ERP systems and automation.
Collaborate transversally with Finance, Supply Chain, and other areas of the organization to guarantee the efficiency and profitability of operations.
Participate in the planning of investments and projects for the improvement of logistics infrastructure and equipment.
Guarantee compliance with the company's safety, quality, and operating procedure standards.
