What we're looking for

Degree, Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Vocational Training II
Fluent conversational English level
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Knowledge of warehouse management, dispatch logistics, and occupational safety and transport regulations.

The role

Your mission will be to ensure that loads are correct according to customer orders while meeting quality standards, and to optimize dispatch processes to guarantee customer satisfaction and the company's operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise dispatch activities, ensuring that products are sent correctly and on time, from product preparation to the loading of the delivery vehicle.
Perform inventories and coordinate with the purchasing department to restock products according to procedure.
Resolve incidents regarding products not loaded onto delivery trucks.
Identify and propose improvements in dispatch processes to increase efficiency.
Ensure that all documentation related to the dispatch of goods and delivery is complete and correct.
Coordinate the preparation of loads between warehouses.
Ensure that dispatch activities comply with applicable legal and safety regulations.
