About the role

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking to bring on a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead the management of SFSF applications in the legal services sector. The goal is to improve the usability of the SuccessFactors platform through enhancements, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.

What you'll do

  • Lead evolution projects in SuccessFactors (EC, ONB, RCM, and Performance).
  • Coordinate teams and prioritize maintenance and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct technical and functional knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Configure environments and tools to ensure service stability.
  • Manage incidents and carry out preventive/evolutionary maintenance.
  • Prepare periodic activity and quality reports.
  • Ensure a proper transition of the service to the new team or client.
