The role

As a Technical Project Manager for SAP, you will be part of the SAP Consulting unit at SEIDOR.

In this unit, we help organizations in their transformation towards becoming intelligent companies, connecting processes, departments, and functions through integral business management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation.

What you'll do

Lead implementation, evolution, and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM for public sector organizations and entities.
Act as the primary interlocutor with the client, managing the relationship with functional managers, project directors, and sponsors.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project phases, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, scope, budget, and quality.
Manage multidisciplinary teams of functional and technical consultants, ensuring the correct allocation of resources and the quality of deliverables.
Govern the complete project cycle under the SAP Activate methodology, including planning, monitoring, risk management, incidents, and change control.
Coordinate monitoring committees, governance meetings, and executive reporting, preparing status reports for the client and management.
Supervise compliance with contractual requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and conditions established in public tender specifications and bids.
Manage project profitability through the control of costs, hours, invoicing, and economic deviations.
Ensure the correct implementation of Human Resources, Personnel Administration, and Payroll processes, aligned with the regulations and specific needs of the public sector.
Drive the development and mentoring of the project team, fostering best practices and excellence in service delivery.
