What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Initially via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency). Stable position.

💰 Salary: €9.72/h gross.

📅 Schedule: 39 h per week, availability for one of the two shifts:

-Morning shift: Saturday and Sunday: from 8 to 14 h.

-Afternoon shift: Saturday and Sunday: from 14 to 20 h.

🏆 Extras: Initial training. Once training is completed and you are autonomous in your tasks: 100% remote work.

What you'll do

✔️ CRM/BO tasks related to Individual Insurance, Group Insurance and Pension Plans.

✔️ Taxation, Benefits. Examples of tasks: policy management, pension plan mobilization management, benefits management, claims resolution, payment management…..

What are we looking for?

🔹 Previous experience as a telephone agent with knowledge in the management of Life Insurance, Pension Plans, and savings insurance.

🔹Experience/knowledge in the management of Life Insurance, Pension Plans, and savings insurance.

🔹Experience in telephone service or BPO experience.

🔹Experience working with Office tools.

🔹Ability to work in a team.

🔹Organized, methodical, highly responsible person with the ability to learn multiple tasks to be versatile.

🔹Ability to speak and write in Galician.

🔹Good connection at home and ability to connect directly to the router via cable.

🔹Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
