At Empatif Staffing we are looking for staff to work as a TELEPHONE AGENT with a CATALAN BILINGUAL LEVEL committed to working for a company focused on events for automotive trade fairs, SPECIAL DAYS EVENTS.

What you'll do

Key functions:

  • Make calls to promote automotive trade shows.
  • Arrange appointments for dealerships.
  • Confirm client attendance.

What we're looking for

  • Bilingual language: Catalan and Spanish.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Essential equipment: computer (no other device is valid), WINDOWS operating system, headset WITH MICROPHONE for call centers, stable WIFI (shared mobile connection is not valid).
  • Full-time schedule availability (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
  • Location anywhere within the national territory
  • Availability for immediate start
