The role

We are Konecta, a leading multinational company in outsourcing services, and we are looking for people like you! with the desire to develop in a dynamic and challenging environment! On this occasion, we are looking for teleoperators for the telephone sales department for a well-known telephony company

What you'll do

Advising and selling to customers regarding products from the most recognized telephony company in Galicia

How you'll work

Contract: Interim
Working day: 35h per week

TRAIN WITH US

-We will provide you with the necessary tools and you will learn customer service and sales techniques, in preparation for joining the position.

- Part online and part in-person, from September 18th to 23rd (M-F) from 10:00 to 15:00

- Unpaid

BE PART OF OUR TEAM!

-Start of service on September 24th at our workplace in Bergondo (A Coruña)

-Stable service: initial contract for IT replacement

-Hybrid working system: 3 weeks of teleworking and 1 in-person

-Working day: 35h weekly in an irregular (rotating) shift, availability is required in the 8:00 to 22:00 time slot
