Important consultancy seeks a project manager linked to carrying out support in technical tasks
What you'll do
functions:
Gathering requirements from key users in meetings for the definition or modification of processes and regulations.
Modification of current regulations according to approved requirements. Modeling of processes and procedures in BPMN based on existing documentation or new requirements from key users.
Formal review of the regulations to be published and management of the approval and signing process. Publication of regulations, including management of translations when applicable.
Support to professionals regarding the use and consultation of the process map and process management. (Level 1)
Preparation of training material associated with process management
Monitoring of tasks related to the assigned process areas.
