Do you have experience in logistics, operational control, or process auditing and are you passionate about continuous improvement? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for an analytical, organized, and results-oriented person to join a stable project, where they will combine data analysis with on-the-ground operational monitoring, contributing to the optimization of delivery routes and service efficiency.

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ Daily monitoring and analysis of delivery routes using control and management tools.

✔️ Analysis of planned times versus actual times and identification of deviations.

✔️ Preparation of reports and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

✔️ Continuous contact with the delivery team to resolve incidents and improve operations.

✔️ Proposal of improvements to optimize routes, processes, and service quality.

✔️ Conducting field audits, accompanying delivery drivers during their routes to verify compliance with established procedures.

✔️ Evaluation of working methods and monitoring of corrective actions.

💼 Initial contract of 3 months through a temporary agency (ETT), with subsequent incorporation into the permanent staff via indefinite contract.

📅 Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

🕒 Schedule adaptable according to scheduled audits: there will be weeks of 5 days of 8 hours and others of 4 days of 10 hours, depending on the delivery routes to be supervised.

📍 Position based in Silleda, combining office work with travel to evaluate and audit delivery drivers' routes.

✅ What we are looking for

🔹 Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transport, distribution, operations, or process control.

🔹 Good proficiency in Excel and IT monitoring and analysis tools.

🔹 Analytical capacity to interpret data, detect deviations, and propose improvements.

🔹 Category B driver's license and availability to perform route accompaniments.

🔹 An organized, rigorous, decisive person oriented toward results.
