Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work at a training company in SEVILLE.

✔️ Commercial management and student recruitment.

✔️ Student retention and follow-up.

✔️ Document and student data management.

🎯 Contract: temporary, full-time, from 3 to 6 months.

💰 Salary: 9.96 euros gross per hour.

📅 Schedule: rotating morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.

🔹 Previous experience as a teleoperator of 1 year in the training sector (valuable, but not essential)

🔹 Knowledge of CRM usage.

🔹 High school diploma or intermediate vocational training. Training in Communication, Marketing, Customer Service and similar fields is valued.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

✔️ Fidelización y seguimiento del alumnado.

✔️ Gestión documental y de datos de alumnos.

🎯 Contrato: temporal a jornada completa de 3 a 6 meses.

💰 Salario: 9,96 euros brutos por hora.

📅 Horario: turnos rotativos de mañana o de tarde de Lunes a Viernes.

🔹 Experiencia previa como teleoperador de 1 año en el sector de formación (valorable, pero no imprescindible)

🔹 Conocimientos sobre el uso del CRM.

🔹 Formación de bachillerato o de grado medio. Se valora la formación en Comunicación, Marketing, Atención al Cliente y similares.
