Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR (m/f/x) 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE - IMPORTANT COMPANY IN THE BANKING SECTOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

✔️ Resolve doubts, complaints, or requests from customers of an important banking entity.

✔️ Provide information about products, services, or processes.

🔹Native or advanced proficiency in German.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

🎯 Contract: Permanent.

💰 Salary: 24,000 gross annual euros for full-time employment.

📅 Schedule: Working day between 30 and 39H/W to be chosen by the candidate. Morning or afternoon shifts, working Monday to Sunday (maximum two weekends per month).

📅 Working window: Morning or afternoon shifts. Mornings between 8:00-16:00H and afternoons between 14:00 to 22:00 hours.

📅 Training: From 9:00-15:00H, 2 weeks online and the last 3 in person. Training under contract, starting Monday 28/09/2026.

✔️ Resolver dudas, quejas o solicitudes de los clientes de una importante entidad bancaria.

✔️ Brindar información sobre productos, servicios o procesos.

🔹Dominio de idioma alemán nativo o avanzado.

🔹 Ganas de aprender y actitud positiva

🎯 Contrato: Indefinido.

💰 Salario: 24.000 euros brutos anuales para jornada completa.

📅 Horario: Jornada entre 30 y 39H/S a elegir por el candidato. Turnos de mañana o tarde, se trabaja lunes a domingo (máximo dos fines de semanas al mes).

📅Franja laboral: Turnos de mañana o tarde. Mañana entre las 8:00-16:00H y tardes entre las 14:00 a 22:00 horas.

📅Formación: En horario de 9-15H, 2 semanas online y las 3 últimas presencial. Formación bajo contrato, iniciando el lunes 28/09/2026.
