The role
THE CHALLENGE
In 2027, TRIBBU will make the leap to a marketplace model, and that changes the way we generate revenue. We need to design new monetization pathways that are sustainable and scalable, and a payment infrastructure worthy of a mobility marketplace. This is one of the company's most strategic missions for the coming years.
THE ROLE
What you build here will be the economic engine of TRIBBU in its new stage: the model that allows the platform to grow by itself.
What you'll do
- Lead the Payment System and Monetization mission: vision, roadmap, and objectives.
- Design, launch, and scale new monetization pathways in view of the transition to the marketplace.
- Define and evolve the payment gateway and transactional infrastructure alongside the backend team.
- Dive into the details of every flow: collections, payments, commissions, and error cases.
- Measure the impact of each launch on revenue and on the experience of drivers and passengers.
How you'll work
- Location: Madrid. We come to the office Monday to Friday but with Flexibility and Freedom.

In their own words
About the company & team
You will report to Juanma Varo and work side-by-side with mobile and backend engineering, design, and the User Success team. At TRIBBU, there is no bureaucracy or heavy hierarchies: decisions are made close to the problem and every person builds with real autonomy. We eliminate the take-home technical test and replace it with agile conversations where what matters is how you think, not how you memorize.
Additional information
We are building something much bigger than an app. We are redefining how people move.
If you believe you can remove the friction from TRIBBU's future... we want to meet you
Let's Trust
