Requirements

What we're looking for

* You are a responsible, organized, and resourceful person, who does not freeze up when something changes at the last minute.

* You have initiative and little by little you learn to detect what is missing without always waiting for instructions.

* You have the humility to learn and a real commitment to the team.

* You understand how we work: with a lot of trust and freedom, in exchange for communication and responsibility.

Nice to have

Extra points if you also have experience (even if small) in events, hospitality, production, operations, or community, aesthetic sensitivity, basic use of Canva, functional English, or any academic or personal experience in which you have had to organize or drive something forward.

The role

At TRIBBU, we believe that culture does not live only in a values document. It lives in the moments we share as a team: how we meet, how we celebrate, how we care for the small details that make someone feel part of something. Until now, an important part of that logistics has had support, but that person is leaving that responsibility and we need someone to take over. We are not looking for a patch: we are looking to start building something more solid, an orderly way of working, with clear processes, trusted suppliers, and a level of care that does not depend on last-minute improvisation.

What you'll do

* Search for spaces, compare suppliers and budgets, place orders, and prepare materials before each meeting.

* Set up the physical spaces: decoration, tables, signage, food, and drink.

* Coordinate suppliers during the meeting and resolve unforeseen issues on the go.

* Take charge of pack-up, inventory, returns, and expense tracking after each meeting.

* Document what has been learned so that each meeting is a little easier to organize than the previous one.

* Assume over time the complete operations of simple meetings, and increasingly more responsibility in the more complex ones.

This role is hands-on: you are going to learn by doing, not by observing. And although it may seem like a small job from the outside, it is part of how we understand teamwork while we scale TRIBBU to millions of shared trips: well-cared-for meetings sustain the culture that makes everything else possible.

About the company & team

You will report directly to María Valera, Culture Manager & Employee Experience, and you will work side by side with her from day one, with real guidance at the beginning and increasingly more autonomy as you gain context. At TRIBBU there is no bureaucracy or heavy hierarchies: decisions are made close to the problem and every person builds with real autonomy. We eliminate the take-home technical test and replace it with agile conversations where what matters is how you think, not how you memorize.

We are building something much bigger than an app. We are redefining how people move. If you believe you can care for the moments that build teams in the future of TRIBBU... we want to meet you? Let's Trust
