What you'll do

As Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction through the management and resolution of quality problems, ensuring that production processes comply with established requirements and standards.

The challenges you will face

  • Investigation of quality problems
  • Management of customer complaints. Liaison between the company and the main customer.
  • Management of production process controls
  • Performance of production process audits
  • Management of defect analysis and 8Ds.

Hiring process

1. Brief call to align your expectations and get to know you (15 min).

2. Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min).

3. In-person technical validation with the operations team/department managers to learn what the day-to-day is like (45 min).
