What is your MISSION?
To have a clear vocation for service and student orientation, being able to communicate in a close and effective manner both in person and by telephone. You must have the ability to resolve doubts regarding the training offer of MIR Asturias, EIR, OPE, perform follow-up on incidents, and coordinate with different areas of the organization to offer excellent service. We especially value previous experience in the educational sector, as well as proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and Excel. You must be a proactive, organized, and decisive person, with your own initiative and the ability to work in a team.
What you'll do
What are your FUNCTIONS?
- Attend to and advise students of MIR Asturias, EIR, and OPE in person, by telephone, and through digital channels, offering information about the training offer, study modalities, locations, academic calendars, platforms, and associated services.
- Act as the student's primary interlocutor throughout their entire training experience, providing close, personalized attention oriented toward excellence in service.
- Manage the follow-up, resolution, and, when appropriate, escalation of academic, administrative, and logistical inquiries and incidents, guaranteeing effective communication with the student and coordination with the various areas of the organization.
- Perform follow-up on requests related to enrollments, changes of modality, academic documentation, material shipments, and other associated procedures, ensuring their correct traceability and resolution.
- Register, update, and maintain student information in Salesforce, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of the data.
- Manage and follow up on incidents through Jira, ensuring their correct documentation and referral to the responsible teams.
- Prepare reports, lists, and follow-up controls using Excel to support operational management and decision-making.
- Collaborate transversally with the different departments of the company to offer agile responses and guarantee a satisfactory experience for the student.
- Participate actively in identifying opportunities for improvement and in the optimization of student support processes.
