The role

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Student Services Supervisor to join our Student Services department, responsible for providing support and guidance to the Group's institutions.

You will be part of ACTIVA, the service unit of Grupo Planeta, specializing in the outsourcing of business processes with a specific focus on student relations.

Job Mission

Guarantee the correct functioning and performance of the Student Services, by leading and supporting the teams and ensuring compliance with objectives, KPIs, productivity levels, and quality standards, promoting the continuous improvement of the operation.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will supervise team performance, monitoring productivity, quality, KPIs, and objective fulfillment.
You will coordinate and support the assigned coordinators and teams, guiding their performance and detecting opportunities for improvement.
You will monitor the planning, coverage, attendance, and adherence of the team to guarantee service needs.
You will analyze processes and propose improvement and optimization actions, collaborating with the different areas involved.
You will participate in the training, development, and motivation of the team, conducting periodic feedback and One to One sessions.
You will prepare reports and result presentations, identifying possible deviations and escalating those situations that require decision-making.
You will participate in the selection processes for structural profiles and N2 agents.
You will act as a reference and interlocutor for the operation, fostering a collaborative work environment oriented toward excellence in student service.
