The role

At SKLUM, we are looking for a customer service agent to join our team for the Spanish market at our offices in Villalonga (10 min from Gandía). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our customers by attending to requests through different channels, guaranteeing service quality.

What you'll do

What will your main functions be as Customer Service?

Customer service and advisory: Resolve any inquiry through the different contact channels, facilitating the shopping experience for the user.
Incident management: Manage modifications, cancellations, blocks, and payment incidents, offering solutions in accordance with internal action protocols.
Internal coordination: Maintain constant communication with departments such as logistics, warehouse, and administration to expedite the resolution of complex cases.
Service quality guarantee: Ensure the integral satisfaction of the customer throughout their entire interaction and after-sales process.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00h to 16:30h and Friday from 8:00h to 15:30h
