Around 8 years of experience is desirable, preferably in an agency or advertiser within a digital environment, with the ability to manage daily work autonomously.
Demonstrable experience in digital campaigns, online advertising, and social media.
A good level of conceptualization and the ability to find hooks and creative approaches, and write advertising copy.
Strategic thinking and the ability to understand the objective behind each campaign.
Knowledge of the language and codes of the main social platforms.
Ability to work with high production volumes while maintaining quality and creative judgment.
It is necessary to provide an updated Portfolio in the CV that allows for seeing both creative capacity and digital experience.

Nice to have

Experience using AI applied to creativity and content generation will be valued.

The role

At Grupo PROEDUCA, an international leader in online higher education, we are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Design team.

We are looking for a senior profile who enjoys conceptualizing campaigns. Someone who combines a creative and copywriting spirit with strategic thinking and the ability to produce digital creatives at scale. We would like you to have a sensitivity for writing copy, and be able to find attractive hooks, understanding social media language and knowing how to convert an idea into messages capable of connecting and generating results.

What you'll do

📌 What will your responsibilities be?

Creation of performance campaigns with automation processes and AI model training for scaling creatives.
Thinking and writing digital campaigns and online advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Develop hooks, headlines, claims, and different creative angles capable of capturing attention.
Work with the codes, trends, and formats specific to each platform.
Provide strategic thinking, converting communication and business objectives into relevant concepts, approaches, and messages.
Create multiple variants and adaptations for different audiences, products, formats, and markets.
Participate in specific campaigns with a greater emphasis on conceptualization and creativity.
Working alongside design, marketing, and media to evolve creatives based on their results and metrics.
Exploring the use of AI and new tools to improve ideation processes and scalable production.
Self-management of daily requests with the Marketing and Advertising Department.

How you'll work

📍 Hybrid model: first month 100% on-site and thereafter hybrid with 50% remote work.

🕒 Flexible schedule: Mon-Thu from 9:00 to 18:15 and Fri from 9:00 to 14:00.

🏢 Offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón, very well connected (3 minutes from the train).
