🎓 What are we looking for?

Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing administrative management and supplier invoicing functions.
Knowledge of general accounting.
Regular use of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
Problem-solving profile, accustomed to working with deadlines and high management volumes.

Nice to have

Experience working with ERPs such as Navision, SAP, etc.
Knowledge of basic taxation applied to invoices (VAT, withholdings, formal requirements).
Previous experience in educational environments or service companies.
Experience in managing supplier incidents and invoice reconciliation.

The role

At GRUPO PROEDUCA (UNIR), we are looking for an Administrator to join the Accounts Payable area within the Finance department.

What you'll do

📌 What will you do in your day-to-day?

Management and accounting of supplier invoices.
Review, validation, and follow-up of documentation associated with supplier invoicing.
Control and accounting of employee expense reports and travel expenses.
Management and monitoring of the supplier mailbox, responding to inquiries and incidents.
Coordination with different internal departments for the correct management of suppliers.

How you'll work

Stable contract
Hybrid work model (50% - 50%) (First 3 months on-site)
Schedule: Mon to Thu 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM and Fri 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (1h flexible between start and end time).
