At Grupo PROEDUCA, a leader in online higher education, we continue to grow and want to add a Billing Administrator to our team for the Finance Department.

You will be responsible for managing the customer billing process, ensuring the correct issuance of invoices, resolving incidents, and coordinating with the different areas involved.

📍 Manage the complete customer billing cycle, ensuring the correct issuance and follow-up of invoices.

📍 Analyze, identify, and resolve incidents related to billing, collections, and customer administrative data.

📍 Follow up on pending operations, ensuring the correct regularization of errors and discrepancies.

📍 Manage inquiries and requests related to the department's activity through email and other internal tools.

📍 Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative procedures and processes within the finance area.
