Customer Service Administrator

You will be a fundamental support figure to ensure that processes are carried out in an agile, efficient manner and with the highest quality.

✅ Coordinate and monitor internal processes.

✅ Manage documentation and information, ensuring its correct updating.

✅ Collaborate with different departments to streamline procedures and resolve incidents.

✅ Attend to inquiries and offer support to internal and external users.

✅ Control deadlines and procedures, and ensure the correct compliance of processes.
