  • Submission of files to official organizations when necessary.
  • Preparation of internal control reports for the legal department.
  • General support in document management tasks for the legal team.

At Universidad Europea, we are looking to incorporate a Paralegal into our legal team, with experience in document management and administrative support within the legal field, to provide operational and organizational support to the institution's legal department.

The selected person will participate in the comprehensive management of agreements and contracts for all group entities, including the control of signatures, validations, and coordination with the various departments of the university.

We require an organized profile, with high attention to detail, proficiency in document management tools and databases (Oracle), as well as basic knowledge in data protection, contracting, and corporate law. We value the capacity for autonomy and the ability to interface with different internal stakeholders and external organizations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration (ADE), Public Management and Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal support or legal document management positions (company, law firm, or institution).
  • Advanced proficiency in document management tools and databases (Oracle is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge in contracting, corporate law, and data protection.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
  • High organizational capacity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
