The role

We are looking for an Academic Support Technician to join the Faculty of Law team, providing support to the Postgraduate area during a period of growth resulting from the implementation of new academic programs.

The selected person will participate actively in the administrative and academic coordination of postgraduate programs, providing direct support to the Postgraduate Directorate and ensuring the correct functioning of the associated processes.

What you'll do

  • Administrative coordination of Master's programs.
  • Loading, updating, and monitoring the teaching planning of Postgraduate programs.
  • Management and processing of payments to postgraduate faculty, associate professors, lecturers, Master's Thesis (TFM) supervisors, tribunal members, and external collaborators.
  • Management of admission and enrollment processes for programs.
  • Support to the Postgraduate Director in the performance of their duties.
  • Monitoring and compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Handling and resolution of technical inquiries from faculty and external collaborators.
  • Preparation of reports and documentation required by the Directorate.
  • Collaboration in quality processes, coordinating with the corresponding areas of the University.
  • Creation, updating, and maintenance of the area's documentary database.
  • Drafting of certificates, reports, and academic documentation.
  • Acting as secretary in program monitoring committees and academic meetings.
