We are currently looking to incorporate into our Industrial Solutions team a Delegate for Andalusia to lead the activity of our delegation, ensuring compliance with economic, operational, and commercial objectives, as well as the proper management of human and material resources in the region.

• Lead the comprehensive management of facilities and operations in Andalusia.

• Prepare annual budgets and monitor their compliance.

• Analyze business results using management indicators, dashboards, and analysis tools (Excel and Power BI).

• Prepare monthly economic and operational reports for management.

• Identify and implement cost optimization actions and improvements in operational efficiency.

• Direct, coordinate, and develop a team of approximately 40 people, driving the planned growth of activity in Andalusia.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.

• Maintain institutional relations with public bodies, local and regional administrations, especially with City Councils and Regional Environment Departments.

• Coordinate the delegation's activity with the company's central services.

• Collaborate with the commercial area in the development and implementation of business development plans and growth strategies.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (HSEQ).

• Ensure compliance with applicable sector regulations and environmental requirements.

• Higher university education, preferably in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration and Management, or related degrees.

• Previous experience in team management positions and operational leadership, with proven experience in coordinating people and resources.

• Experience in budget control, business analysis, and monitoring of management indicators.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in using reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI).

• Ability to interact with public administrations, institutions, and official bodies.

• Results-oriented profile, with analytical capacity, strategic vision, and leadership.

• Previous experience in companies in the waste management, environmental services, or related industrial activities sector will be especially valued.
