Organic Industrial Waste Commercial Manager

ACCIONA, within its Circular Economy and Renewable Gases business line, focused on the development of sustainable engineering solutions in this field, needs to incorporate an Organic Industrial Waste Commercial Manager.

Drive the business growth of organic industrial waste management from private clients and treatment plants through commercial development, while simultaneously guaranteeing operational management, economic-financial control, and the fulfillment of established profitability and efficiency objectives. At the same time, they will manage waste procurement, digestate management, and the acquisition of strategic clients for the Olmedo (Valladolid) Biomethane plant.

• Prospect and acquire new private and industrial clients, managing and retaining the current portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare technical-economic proposals, negotiate commercial conditions, and close contracts with private sector clients.
• Define and coordinate the procurement strategy for industrial and organic waste, including digestate management, logistics, and recovery.
• Analyze the national waste market, identifying trends and preparing annual management plans adapted to production and demand.
• Manage the profit and loss account: annual budget, monthly monitoring, and control of margins and profitability by waste type and client.
• Define, monitor, and report key indicators (tons treated, recovery rate, invoicing, EBITDA, new clients, etc.).
• Guarantee compliance with environmental legislation and administrative authorizations in coordination with the technical team.

• Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Agricultural), Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Master's in Environmental Management, Waste Management, Circular Economy, or an MBA is valuable.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention and certifications in industrial/organic waste management is valuable.

• Native Spanish. Intermediate or advanced English is valuable.

• From 3 years of experience in the industrial or organic waste sector, with market knowledge and a commercial orientation.

ACCIONA, en su línea de negocio de Economía Circular y Gases Renovables, centrada en el desarrollo de soluciones de ingeniería sostenibles en este campo, precisa incorporar a un/a Gestor/a Comercial de Residuos Industriales Orgánicos.

Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio de la gestión del residuo industrial orgánico procedente de los clientes privados y plantas de tratamiento, mediante el desarrollo comercial, garantizando al mismo tiempo la gestión operativa, el control económico-financiero y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de rentabilidad y eficiencia establecidos. Al tiempo, gestionará el aprovisionamiento de residuos y de gestión de digestatos y captación de clientes estratégicos para la planta de Biometano de Olmedo (Valladolid).

• Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes privados e industriales, gestionando y fidelizando la cartera actual e identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Elaborar propuestas técnico-económicas, negociar condiciones comerciales y cerrar contratos con clientes del sector privado.
• Definir y coordinar la estrategia de aprovisionamiento de residuos industriales y orgánicos, incluyendo gestión de digestatos, logística y valorización.
• Analizar el mercado nacional de residuos, identificando tendencias y elaborando planes anuales de gestión adaptados a la producción y demanda.
• Gestionar la cuenta de resultados: presupuesto anual, seguimiento mensual, control de márgenes y rentabilidad por tipo de residuo y cliente.
• Definir, hacer seguimiento y reportar indicadores clave (toneladas tratadas, tasa de valorización, facturación, EBITDA, nuevos clientes, etc.).
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación ambiental y autorizaciones administrativas en coordinación con el equipo técnico.

• Ingeniería (Industrial, Química, Ambiental, Agrónoma), Ciencias Ambientales, ADE, Economía o similar.
• Máster en Gestión Ambiental, Gestión de Residuos, Economía Circular o MBA valorable.
• Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y certificaciones en gestión de residuos industriales/orgánicos valorable.

• Español nativo. Inglés intermedio o avanzado valorable.

• A partir de 3 años de experiencia en el sector de residuos industriales u orgánicos, con conocimiento del mercado y orientación comercial.

• Orientación comercial, al cliente y a resultados.
• Capacidad de negociación, influencia y cierre de ventas.
• Desarrollo de relaciones y networking.
