💻 What will your functions be?
Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards for day-to-day operations and specific projects.
Analyze and process large volumes of data with rigor, controlling their quality and consistency at all times.
Automate reporting processes to gain efficiency within the team.
Provide information and support to managers and other departments that require accurate data.
📌 Opportunity conditions:
Contract: 6-month temporary coverage.
Salary: Between €27,000 and €30,000 gross per year.
Modality: 50% hybrid work (office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Schedule: Flexible from 8:00 to 17:00 or from 9:00 to 18:00 (including Fridays), with one and a half hours for lunch.
✅ Key requirements:
At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar analytical role.
Advanced or expert proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
B2 English level (for occasional use; day-to-day work is not in English).
High analytical capacity, attention to detail, and autonomy to solve problems.
Valuable: Additional knowledge in Power Automate, SharePoint, or SQL.
