To be selected for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:

Vocational Training (FP) in Business Administration or similar.
Professionalism and transparency.

Our Martos plant is one of the largest centers in our Visibility Systems Business Group, responsible for the development and manufacture of lighting and electronics products, with around 2,600 employees. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions, as well as elegant and design-focused exterior lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve the comfort and safety of both drivers and passengers.

Valeo offers an internship program to provide support in travel organization with the following tasks:

What you'll do

Collaborate on booking trains, flights, rental cars, ferries, and hotels through Egencia.
Assist the Human Resources department with hotel bookings in Martos.
Support the comparison of travel options to ensure cost-effective and appropriate choices.
Provide backup support (coverage) to the travel coordinator during vacation periods.
Help with the daily updating of the travel calendar.
Provide support to Valeo personnel during their business trips.
Collaborate in the preparation and review of Travel Authorization Requests (TAR) during the coordinator's absences.
Manage last-minute travel incidents, such as missed flights or trains.
Assist in the assignment of taxi drivers and manage the distribution of fleet vehicles.
Record taxi mileage for payment processing.
Help in the organization of transport solutions for personnel.
Coordinate the booking and preparation of meeting rooms in the Division building.
Book VIP dining rooms for client and staff meals.
Ensure the correct preparation of client visits.
Update Excel files related to client gifts, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) data, vehicle fleet records, and visits.
Help in the verification of taxi service invoices.
