The role

What you'll do

- Quality and Cost Management: Define and supervise the project quality roadmap to meet cost and quality objectives (both for Valeo and the customer).

- Milestone monitoring: Prevent problems, detect risks, and escalate blockers when necessary.

- Standards and design changes: Ensure compliance with standards (Build In Quality, 4M matrix) and challenge team members. Supervise failure analyses (DFMEA/PFMEA), lessons learned (LLC), and validations (DV/PV). Update control plans and quality documents.

- Supplier management: Support the Purchasing and SQA teams, and integrate best practices suggested by suppliers.

- QRQC Methodology: Lead and implement Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) rules and initiate incidents in case of failures in validation tests.
