The role
Job description
At Valeo, we are looking for a Process Engineer passionate about the automotive industry to lead the industrialization of new projects, optimize our electronic manufacturing production lines, and guarantee maximum efficiency and safety.
What you'll do
- Lead the industrialization and introduction of new equipment and production lines.
- Optimize efficiency (machinery and cycle times) to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Design and validate technical solutions, tooling, and test plans together with suppliers.
- Implement Lean methodologies, risk analysis (PFMEA/AMFE), and control plans.
- Ensure quality and safety under the Valeo Group standards (5S, QCDM, QRQC).
