The role
Job description
We are looking for a Cook to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, you will play an important role in creating incredible experiences for our guests.
What you'll do
- Support food pre-preparation and the preparation of dishes based on each restaurant's menu.
- Assist with orders and the preservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen.
- Check and control kitchen equipment, reporting any issues.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team in planning menus and cards.
- Monitor and take care of the preservation and utilization of products.
- Contribute ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative and constantly changing environment in which we always seek to make the best food in the city.
