Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Master's degree for access to the legal profession.
Experience between 5 and 10 years in similar positions

Nice to have

Knowledge and experience in project processing matters regarding energy; photovoltaic plants, energy communities, and facility permit management will be valued.

A master's degree in urban planning, a master's degree in environment, or a master's degree in environmental matters will be valued.
Experience in contentious-administrative proceedings will be valued.
Basque C1 is valuable
English (at least B2) is valuable

The role

At LKS Next, we are looking for an Administrative Law Expert Lawyer for our ADMINISTRATIVE LAW team, specialized in the contentious-administrative procedural branch, with knowledge in public sector procurement and advising both public and private sector clients, mainly for our Bilbao offices, but with the possibility of relocating to the Arrasate, Gasteiz, or Donostia offices.

What you'll do

Active participation in contentious-administrative litigation matters.
Legal advice in the administrative field, with knowledge in public sector procurement and general public sector advice; urban planning, environment, etc.
Integration with multidisciplinary teams in strategic projects for reference clients.
