The role
We want to bring in a technician to carry out the duties of Site Manager and Technical Office for electrical and special installations in Tertiary and Industrial Buildings in Bergondo (A Coruña).
Its main duties will be:
- Study, analysis and design of installation works.
- Planning, management, supervision, and execution of assigned projects.
- Preparation of installation budgets.
- Site layout for installations.
- Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Management and organization of the resources needed to ensure production.
- Monitoring and control of costs.
- Collaboration with drafting in the development of execution plans.
- Provide technical support to the site foreman in preparing technical bids, work budgets and tenders.
