What you'll do
The duties to be performed are the following:
- Customer management (orders, invoicing, ...).
- Personnel management (time tracking, project allocations, hiring).
- Management of suppliers.
- Incident tracking.
- Preparation of reports.
- Preparation of files, collection of documentation for public and/or private tenders.
- Managing collections.
- Interdepartmental coordination.
Requirements
Education: all related to administrative management.
Experience minimum of 2 years.
Knowledges in :
- Invoicing.
- Google tools, especially Drive.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Navision.
