What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in the management of maintenance contracts in facilities: control of periodic inspections, proposals for facility improvements, preparation of budgets, contracting of subcontractors, client relations, and management of technical personnel, etc.
- Knowledge of heating, refrigeration, ventilation, heat pump systems, RITE regulations, LV, etc.
- Leadership and operational management skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and control systems.
Education & certifications
- Technical training in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in technical branches (Electricity, HVAC, Mechanics, or related). A university degree in Engineering will be positively valued.

What you'll do
Their main responsibilities will be:
- Periodically report the maintenance activity of the facilities under their charge
- Plan and schedule the work of the technical team
- Supervise the correct execution of the work order circuit
- Manage and coordinate a team of 3 technicians
- Maintain a direct relationship with the client and attend to their needs
- Prepare technical and management reports
