Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Intermediate or Higher Degree in Administration and Finance, International Trade, Transport and Logistics, or similar.

Experience: At least 1-2 years in administrative functions within the logistics or warehouse area.

Tools: Proficient use of office tools (especially Excel) and familiarity with some logistics ERP (SAP, Navision/Business Central, etc.).

Skills: Organizational capacity, attention to detail, agility in problem-solving, and good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

Valuable: Intermediate level of English and own vehicle to access the workplace.

The role

Are you passionate about the world of supply chain, operational organization, and dynamic work? At Randstad, we are looking to hire a full-time Logistics Administrator to optimize our daily operations at our Madrid headquarters, located in Mercamadrid.

What you'll do

Review of the day's loading and unloading.
Management and reporting of daily incidents (verification of missing boxes and reasons).
Sending and verifying cargo documentation to carriers.
Registration of new personnel in the internal platform, delivery of PPE, direct contact with the staffing agency, and monitoring of absences.
Direct contact with shift supervisors.
Order management through WMS (picking, serving, and closing orders in the system).
Physical filing of delivery notes and invoices.
Handling of calls and emails nationwide, with direct contact with the transport department and the Barcelona and Madrid branches.
