What you'll do

We are looking for people with a passion for catering, customer orientation, and a desire to lead teams.

Lead, motivate, and train the team during the shift, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Organize service and guarantee the quality of our products, compliance with processes, and food safety.
Supervise inventories, orders, costs, and incidents to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain organization and the ability to react during high-volume moments, seeking solutions and taking care of every detail.
Have experience in kitchen and/or team management, initiative, and a desire to continue growing professionally.
