You have at least 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in insurance companies, pension funds and/or investment management firms.

The role

From the team at the Discretionary Management Division, we want to bring on board a investment manager, based in Barcelona).

What you'll do

Their main responsibility will be to collaborate in the management of the discretionary management team's portfolios, in the monitoring and implementation of the decisions adopted by the Investment Committee.
Management of investments for assigned portfolios, including their implementation and monitoring, in accordance with the decisions adopted by the Investment Committee.
Collaboration with the fixed-income team, in the management and monitoring of fixed-income portfolios.
Collaboration, together with the rest of the investment team, in the investment process where the strategy and asset allocation of the portfolios are defined
Daily monitoring of the evolution of assigned portfolios, with the aim of analyzing deviations from the benchmark, and making adjustments when necessary
Attendance at pension fund control committees, explaining decisions adopted and the investment strategy for the coming months.
