You are the talent we are looking for if you have...

You have a university degree. Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Economics, a Master's degree or postgraduate studies will be positively valued.
You have worked in savings and pension insurance companies and/or commercial networks with savings and pension insurance products, with experience in marketing them in the Banking business (Premier and Private segments) and the insurance business, having led projects autonomously, especially in driving sales.
You have analytical skills, communication abilities, negotiation and influence, customer orientation both internal and external, initiative and proactivity, empathy, assertiveness, and intellectual curiosity.
You enjoy leading and collaborating in cross-functional and agile teams. You are a positive and results-oriented person.
Based on data analysis, you are an expert in proposing action plans and identifying opportunities to grow portfolio value, as well as in generating proposals to energize strategic segments. Knowledge of Qlik Sense.
You share our values and have an interest in the insurance sector.
You have a high level of English
Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position will be valued.

The role

From the Savings Business Development Department, we need to incorporate a PRODUCT MANAGER for individual savings products, managed savings, annuities, and pension plans, based in BARCELONA.

What you'll do

Define, position, and develop positioning strategies for new products across all channels, as well as for the current portfolio.
Develop and execute the product lifecycle strategy (end to end) according to the customer's needs at each life stage.
Define and develop retention strategies for managed savings products. Action plans (opportunities
Detection of new opportunities and risks arising from the market situation, due to tax changes, regulatory changes, sustainability changes, etc.
Ideation of new products and opportunities within the existing portfolio.
Analyze and develop action plans for savings products based on surveys and on improving metrics for customers and managers carried out by the Customer Experience teams at CaixaBank and VidaCaixa.
Actively participate in the Company's Product Committees and Business Committees.
Lead the topics under your responsibility, collaborating with the team and the company's departments.
Project leadership with a business focus.
