• You will set up the cart with everything needed so that the work flows smoothly.
• You will keep our facilities spotless, cleaning and disinfecting rooms and hallways, leaving no trace of dust, ashtrays, or trash bins! 🧹
• You will inspect and control vacant rooms so that they are always perfect.
• You will manage the laundry and ironing services requested by our guests, always attending to them with a smile! 😊
• You will handle and safeguard guests' personal belongings with great care.
• You will collect forgotten items to hand them over to the Head Housekeeper and ensure they are registered.
• You will report any issues in the rooms, such as breakages or electrical faults, so that everything is always in order.
• You will be in charge of billing and restocking the minibar so that nothing is missing.
• You will comply with all functions of the Environmental Management System, helping us take care of the planet 🌍.

• Montarás el carro con todo lo necesario para que el trabajo fluya sin problemas.
• Mantendrás nuestras instalaciones impecables, limpiando y desinfectando habitaciones y pasillos, ¡sin dejar ni rastro de polvo, ceniceros o papeleras! 🧹
• Revisarás y controlarás las habitaciones libres para que siempre estén perfectas.
• Gestionarás los servicios de lavandería y planchado que nuestros clientes soliciten, ¡atendiendo con una sonrisa! 😊
• Manipularás y custodiarás los objetos personales de los huéspedes con mucho cuidado.
• Recogerás objetos olvidados para entregarlos a la Gobernante y asegurar su registro.
• Reportarás cualquier incidencia en las habitaciones, como roturas o fallos eléctricos, para que todo esté siempre a punto.
• Te encargarás de la facturación y reposición del minibar para que nada falte.
• Cumplirás con todas las funciones del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, ayudándonos a cuidar el planeta 🌍.
