- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel facilities.
- Attend to incidents and breakdowns with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Supervise the good condition of equipment, machinery, and general systems.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support small repairs and conservation work for the establishment.
