What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in luxury hotel chains.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
Advanced proficiency in revenue management tools and software (IDeaS, Duetto, etc.).
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Advanced English; other languages will be valued.

What you'll do

As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Revenue Management team and defining pricing and distribution strategies with a strategic and analytical approach at a corporate level, ensuring the maximization of revenue and profitability across all our hotels.

Develop, implement, and supervise revenue strategies to optimize the financial performance of the chain.
Lead and mentor the Revenue Management team, fostering their professional development.
Analyze market data, competition, and trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Commercial, and Operations departments to align revenue strategies with global objectives.
Manage revenue management systems and technological tools for continuous optimization.
Report results to general management and propose strategic action plans.
