The role

What you'll do

Prepare the work area so that everything is ready for service.
Attend directly to our customers with drinks and food, always with a smile.
Prepare simple food items for consumption.
Transport utensils and equipment necessary for service.
Control and check merchandise and objects used in the section.
Help with the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.
Perform work in view of the customer.
Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager during special events.
Coordinate and supervise the tasks specific to your area.
Inform and advise customers about our products.
Handle complaints with patience and professionalism.
Process payments at the cash register/POS.
Comply with the Environmental Management System to care for our planet. 🌍
