The role

At Vincci Hoteles, we are looking to hire a Technical Service / Maintenance Manager for our Hotel Vincci Marítimo 4* in Barcelona. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring an agile, efficient, and high-quality service for both the team and our guests.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the hotel's maintenance team.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities.
Attend to technical incidents, breakdowns, and requests from other departments with speed and judgment.
Control the status of equipment, systems, and infrastructure, proposing improvements when necessary.
Manage external providers, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
Ensure compliance with the company's quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Maintain fluid communication with Management and with the various departments of the hotel.
Record and follow up on incidents, interventions, and technical needs.
