Requirements

What we're looking for

- Knowledge of general building plumbing, electrical installations, Fire Protection installations, fault detection, HVAC installations, and Domestic Hot Water production.

- Knowledge of Legionella control and prevention. (facilities with SPA and swimming pools)

- Previous experience in maintenance of Hotels or large buildings.

- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

- We are looking for a dynamic person, with sufficient autonomy to manage the maintenance department of their hotel, with the capacity to learn and adapt, and oriented towards service and availability.

The role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a 4* hotel in Zaragoza.

What you'll do

What will you be responsible for?

· Identify all equipment subject to maintenance.

· Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan.

· Inspect the condition of facilities, machinery, and equipment.

· Contact and supervise subcontractor maintenance services and the performance of statutory inspections.

· Carry out basic routine building maintenance repairs in coordination with the needs communicated by the other hotel departments, as well as in accordance with the needs identified after carrying out the preventive maintenance plans.

· Keep Management and the Zone Maintenance Manager informed about the condition of facilities and machinery, and about the performance of subcontractor suppliers and maintenance companies.
