Hotel Infrastructure Service Owner

🔎 What are we looking for in you?

• At least 3 years of experience, with a reference career of 3 to 5 years or more, in networks and communications in multi-site environments, including audits and implementations.
• Practical mastery of L2/L3 switching, enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, and QoS for voice.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and GPO, operational handling of Intune and Defender, and use of PowerShell for diagnostics and automation.
• Practical knowledge of VoIP/SIP, multicast IPTV/IGMP, CCTV/ONVIF, and access control, along with notions of BMS/IoT.
• Experience coordinating communications, IPTV, and audiovisual providers, both during construction and in operational installations.
• Ability to convert needs into technical requirements, document with rigor, and verify the quality of an implementation.
• Availability to travel regularly and be present at hotels during audits, openings, remodeling, and implementations. 🧳

At Vincci Hoteles we are looking for a Hotel Infrastructure Service Owner with a Systems orientation. A person with technical judgment, organizational capacity, and the desire to combine on-site projects with systems support and administration. 🚀

🎯 Your mission

Ensure that our hotels' technological infrastructure is standardized, well-documented, and offers a quality experience for guests and teams.

You will coordinate providers and lead the infrastructure part in openings, remodeling, and implementations. When you are not traveling, you will provide second-level support and perform systems administration tasks to drive the team's work.

You will be able to accompany an opening from the first requirements to the commissioning and contribute to ensuring that technology facilitates the day-to-day of our teams and the stay of our guests.

🛠️ What will you do in your day-to-day?

• Visit and audit our hotels: you will review LAN and Wi-Fi networks, VoIP telephony, IPTV, video surveillance, access control, and building management systems and connected devices -BMS/IoT-, checking their compliance with corporate standards.
• Participate in openings and remodeling: you will define technical requirements and designs, organize the schedule, and coordinate integrators and installers. You will supervise end-to-end testing and the acceptance of installations so they are ready from day one. 🔑
• Coordinate and follow up with providers: you will ensure service levels, analyze the causes of incidents, and promote improvement plans, ensuring compliance with configuration standards.
• Keep documentation up to date: inventory and CMDB, topologies, ports and VLANs, equipment location, cabling certifications, and configuration backups. Each hotel must have complete documentation of its final installation.
• Provide systems support and L2 support: you will assist the first-level team with Windows Server, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Intune, Defender, and network incidents, using PowerShell for diagnostics and simple automations.
• Analyze service quality: you will review Wi-Fi, voice, and IPTV performance and build dashboards with indicators for experience, availability, and incidents per hotel. 📊
• Collaborate with the person responsible for Security: you will support network segmentation, the incorporation of logs into the security monitoring service, and the collection of evidence related to GDPR and PCI.
• Drive improvements: you will coordinate changes and intervention windows, review relevant incidents, and propose improvements taking into account their impact and return.
