The role

At Vincci Hoteles, we are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant for our Hotel Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur 5*, a committed, dynamic person with a vocation for service, who wants to develop themselves in a high-quality hotel environment.

Provide support to the kitchen team in the preparation, organization, and preservation of food, contributing to maintaining the quality, hygiene, and presentation standards typical of a 5-star hotel.

What you'll do

Stock and store goods.
Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse.
Clean the work area, equipment, utensils, and general tableware.
Handle various types of raw food.
Prepare stocks, sauces, simple soups, and any other type of basic multi-application pre-preparations.
Prepare simple dishes and preparations.
Compliance with the functions of the Environmental Management System
