• Experience in industrial project management or coordination.
  Knowledge of planning, economic control, and project monitoring.

• Communication skills and customer orientation.
• Organizational, analytical, and incident resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.

• Experience in industrial installations, automation, handling, assembly, or automotive will be valued.
• Specific training in project management will be valued.

At Actemium ASAS, we are looking to hire a Project Manager for our Valencia team. We are looking for a person with experience in industrial project management, coordination capacity, and the judgment to ensure compliance with deadline, cost, quality, and safety commitments.

📌 Your mission

Your mission will be to comprehensively manage and coordinate assigned industrial projects, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, costs, quality, and safety requirements.
You will work in contact with the client and coordinate the activity of Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, suppliers, subcontractors, and execution teams, anticipating risks and facilitating orderly decision-making throughout the entire project.

🎯 Main responsibilities

• Plan and monitor assigned projects.
  Control schedules, costs, scope, risks, and main milestones.
• Coordinate activity between Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, assembly, and commissioning.
• Maintain fluid communication with the client and internal teams.
  Monitor suppliers, supplies, equipment, and documentation.
• Identify deviations and propose preventive and corrective actions.
• Channel changes in scope, deadline, or cost for evaluation.
  Ensure safety, quality, and environmental requirements and coordinate delivery and closure.

📍 Location and modality

• Location: Valencia. Reference center: Picassent. The working modality will be communicated during the selection process.
• Information regarding travel will be communicated during the selection process.
• You will work full-time, with a reference schedule from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 h to 17:30 h, flexibility for entry and exit of ±30 minutes, and a 1 h lunch break.
• On Fridays, the working day is from 7:30 h to 13:30 h, also with flexibility for entry and exit of ±30 minutes.
