👥 Profile we are looking for

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent attraction, recruitment consultancy, or Human Resources.
• Experience performing CV screening and initial interviews.
• Ability to organize different processes, interviews, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Professional, approachable communication adapted to different interlocutors.
• Regular use of Microsoft 365.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, and direct search tools is valued.
• Experience in the selection of technical, industrial, or engineering profiles is valued.
• Training in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar is valued.
• Experience or interest in employer branding, onboarding, training, and development is valued.

• English and other languages: required level pending definition.

At Actemium Spain, we are looking to hire a Selection and Talent Technician to support the management of our recruitment processes. We are looking for an organized, approachable person with an interest in understanding different professional profiles, capable of supporting both managers and candidates throughout the various stages of the process.

📌 Your mission

Your mission will be to manage and follow up on recruitment processes, collaborating directly with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and with the requesting managers from the different areas of Actemium Spain.

You will participate in posting job offers, searching for profiles, CV screening, initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up. You may also collaborate on other initiatives related to talent, employer branding, onboarding, training, or development.

🎯 Main responsibilities

· Prepare and post offers on authorized recruitment channels.

· Perform direct profile searching and sourcing actions.

· Review applications and perform CV screening according to the requirements of each position.

· Conduct initial interviews and prepare objective summaries of the candidates.

· Coordinate interviews with business managers and technical teams.

· Accompany candidates throughout the process, facilitating a professional and approachable experience.

· Keep systems, documents, and tracking tools updated.

· Prepare information on the progress of processes and support employer branding initiatives, fairs, onboarding, and other activities within the Talent and Development area.
