The role
Efficiently manage the administrative tasks of a Hospital Pharmacy Service.
What you'll do
- Updating procurement parameters (minimum stocks, maximum stocks, and reorder points)
- Generation of orders to suppliers, to other hospitals within the Group (buy-sell), to external Hospitals (loans), or urgent orders to suppliers in the event of stockouts.
- Update the inventory count of the Pharmacy warehouse.
- Reception of goods in the computer system
- Dispensations/charges to patients
- Transfers between warehouses
- Management of returns to suppliers.
- Management of incidents related to order management; price discrepancies, damaged goods, etc.
- Follow-up of pending orders.
- Administrative support to the pharmacist related to the management of narcotics.
- Collaborate in those tasks assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
