University degree or equivalent professional experience.
Training in Lean Management, Lean Healthcare, process management, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in process analysis and improvement projects.
Practical knowledge of process analysis, documentation, and optimization tools.
Analytical capacity, organization, and orientation toward continuous improvement.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work on-site.
The role
At Winning Consulting, we are looking to hire a Continuous Improvement and Process Consultant to participate in a process optimization and transformation project within an organization in the healthcare sector.
What you'll do
Participate in projects for the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of clinical and non-clinical processes.
Perform the mapping and documentation of current processes (AS-IS) and identify improvement opportunities.
Collect, analyze, and structure data to support decision-making.
Apply continuous improvement tools such as Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, A3 Thinking, VSM, and 5S.
Collaborate in the definition of new processes and optimization proposals (TO-BE).
Provide support in the organization and facilitation of working sessions with the teams involved.
Participate in the implementation of improvements and perform the monitoring of indicators and results.
Prepare functional documentation, monitoring reports, and support materials.
